Return & Refund Policy


Thank you for shopping at The Hide Leather. We take great pride in our craftsmanship; however, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.


Returns

  • Eligibility: You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: Please include the receipt or proof of purchase with your return.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
  • You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies (typically 5-10 business days).

Personalized & Custom Orders

Please note that items that have been personalized, monogrammed, or custom-made to your specifications cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.

Exchanges

If you received a damaged or defective item and need to exchange it for the same product, please contact us immediately at info@thehideleather.in.

Shipping Costs

  • Retail Returns: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of initial shipping (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund.
  • For defective items, The Hide Leather will cover the return shipping costs.
